Instructions:
1. First rename your video 'INPUT' (It has to be an MP4) and drag it into the main file.
2. Run 'Normal Video to Semi Realistic VHS Effect.bat'
3. When it says to "type anything to continue" that means you're done and you should get another file called 'OUTPUT'
4. Run the 'OUTPUT' file into VLC Media Player. THE VIDEO WILL NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER!!!!

What is the difference between the lo fps version and the hi fps version?
The lo fps version automatically converts the video to 15 fps, which sometimes gives the video a rough and repetitively used look to it and will convert faster. The Hi FPS version will keep the original fps but this will make the conversion slower
